Room Attendant
As a NuTurn Room Attendant, you work in a two-person team to turn guest rooms to an inspection-clean standard and document every finished room on the NuDeck tablet platform. You'll move efficiently without ever trading away quality — because here, quality is what gets rewarded.
What you'll do
- Clean and reset assigned guest rooms and suites to the property's SOPs and NuTurn's quality bar.
- Work as one half of a two-person crew, supporting your partner to keep the team on pace.
- Log each room and upload verification photos on a NuDeck tablet before marking it complete.
- Strip and remake beds, sanitize bathrooms, dust, vacuum, restock amenities, and stage the room for inspection.
- Flag maintenance issues, lost-and-found, and damaged items through the tablet.
- Travel to and from the property with your crew in the company van.
What we're hiring for
- Experience — prior housekeeping experience, ideally in a hotel, resort, or casino property.
- Reliability — you show up, on time, for the weekends you commit to.
- Comfortable using a tablet or smartphone for assignments, room logging, and photo uploads.
- Familiar with hotel basics — room status, keycards, checkout vs. stayover turns.
- Able to be on your feet through a full shift and handle the physical demands of the role (standing, bending, pushing a cart, handling linens).
- Available on weekends and holidays — our busiest, highest-demand days.
